Darryl V. Pratt is a duly-licensed Attorney-Certified Public Accountant with over twenty-two (22) years experience in all areas of Business Law, Estate Planning, Asset Protection Planning, Probate, Elder Law, Tax Matters, Sports & Entertainment, Tax Matters, Real Estate, Bankruptcy (Chapter 7, 13 and 11), Corporations, Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies (LLC).
